I am writing this review because I am furious and disgusted that people have gone out of their way below to write FALSE reviews about Pontarddulais Motor Company. Out of all of the negative reviews below, only one is a genuine customer who PMC tried their best to resolve a problem for. I have had numerous cars from here since I started driving and every car has been great. They work extremely hard and to have jealous people create FALSE, negative reviews about their business which theyve worked their backsides off for, for many years, INFURIATES ME. So all I want to say is if youre reading the reviews, I would 100% recommend you visit here and see for yourselves how great the service is.
Bought my daughter a Fiat Punto from Pontarddulais Motor Company in November and cant speak more highly of the place. The salesman was extremely helpful and patient with us whilst we were looking around the forecourt. Great price and great service. Car is running brilliantly and my daughter is over the moon with it. Very happy with the service from Pontardulais Motor Company. I bought myself a Fiat 500 just before Christmas and I'm delighted with the car. Fantastic customer service from Chris, gave me a discount off the car and came with a new MOT. This was our 2nd car we have bought from them, highly recommend the advice and aftersales service from this garage. Friends of mine and family have bought cars off them over the years and are happy customers too!
