Quite frankly the worst surgery there has ever been, doesnt even deserve 1 star but, unfortunately, cant select 0. The receptionists are disgustingly rude and they really couldnt care how dreadfully they speak to patients. I feel so sorry for elderly people who may be severely ill and are forced to encounter these vile receptionist and their awful telephone manner. Everytime myself and members of my family have tried contacting the surgery for an appointment we just encounter grief, its so difficult to get an appointment with the doctor its easier to suffer silently with the bubonic plague than seek to see your GP here. I strongly recommend you do not sign up to this surgery. The antichrist lady on reception really needs to learn some manners and treat people with some respect, especially elderly people who are suffering. Im sure she knows who she is when reading these reoccurring reviews because she spends most of her day arguing with patients down the phone. Whoever is in charge of this shambles of a system, please seek to employ people with basic manners in the future.

The doctors and nurses are fantastic, however the reception staff are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with!!. I cant even book an appointment with this triage system for a podiatry referral for my daughter who is 12. She cant walk! Missing repeat prescription orders as well? I will be changing surgeries.

It is impossible to give this place a rating the receptionist and pig ignorant and think they are someone really special. What they need to realise is they are not the Doctors and are receptionists, They need to realise that people who phone the surgery want someone helpful and warming on the phone not someone to patronise and belittle people. Sort it out and get staff who can talk to people with respect.

AWFUL surgery! The receptionists are way above their station and have no telephone manor at all. You know who you are. Almost impossible to just book an appointment unless you go through a "triage system" which is always fully booked when you ring. Unable to fit me in for a simple blood pressure check which takes less than a minute. 70% of the GP's there don't have a clue what they're on about and can't even give you 10 minutes of their time. What a pathetic surgery. Save your time, don't register here.

This is one of the worst surgeries I have ever been to, Doctors lie to your face to help you. You ask for supporting letters and get nothing in return, despite the supporting letter is to help to you to keep your home with DWP. You get response off the staff "It is only standard..." if the standard is genocide to wipe out the unemployed and other people the state don't like, well they have fullfilling that criteria know willingly, or not. They charge you for they service of printing out letters, despite you are on NHS. I recorded the Doctor saying he was willing to help me and put a supporting letter in. Yet he keep my forms and did nothing to help me. It is good job I did as I now have got proof despite they lies. I have never trusted this surgery, it looks my gut feeling was right, it is now I can have them under the fraud and deception act 2006. UPDATE: Surgery has admitted in a letter that is not POLICY to support their patients, also this surgery is failing their Hippocratic Oath to their patients as well. I doubt the Doctors and Nurses in this PRACTICE ever took the oath, it would explain skull duggery and taking money from people on BENEFITS.Update: I also forgot about they lied to me in a letter that they said I was down their surgery on on the 17th February 2017 to see the Doctor, when actually my appointment was on the 16th February 2017. I also recorded the phone call when I made the appointment, as I know this surgery to lie to cover they own tracks. On the dictaphone it does state 16th February, I record all calls as I know CORPORATIONS have a tendacy to lie, as the area I live in has allot of corruption I thought I record the lies. Also they said I had nothing on me that day, so the stick in my bag, the yellow folder of notes, video camera in my bag filming and a dictaphone recording on the day of my appointment is nothing. I know I have trust issues and this is one of the reasons why. Also they said I had no forms on me, yet the Dr Sharma took my forms and a letter I typed out. It is good I have duplicate of the form the surgery are withholding and now has become theft. By withholding my document you are causing lost, injury and harm. As those forms are related to me keeping my home or not. I don't trust Doctors or nurses at the best of time, this just confirms Talybont Surgery rather commit criminal offences than follow the Hippocratic Oath and helping patients.
